Qadi Shurayh bin al-Harith judges a case against his son and hears from all sides, then asks his son, who answers him truthfully. After that, Shurayh orders his son to bear the cost of a part of the spoiled goods, divided between the three parties, and asks him to remain silent as otherwise he will be imprisoned, being fair in his judgement.
